Mr. Griepenstroh is a German patent attorney, European patent attorney and European trademark and design attorney and has extensive experience in the application and enforcement of industrial property rights, as well as the litigation of industrial property rights in civil courts and the Federal Patent Court.
Mr. Osterhoff is a German patent attorney, European patent attorney and European trademark and design attorney. He has experience in litigation and prosecution of IP rights before the DPMA, EPO, EUIPO, civil courts and the Federal Patent Court.
Ms. Ebelsheiser is lawyer and has over 20 years of professional experience in the registration and enforcement of trademark law matters and managing trademark protfoilios.
